In order to satisfy our client's particular needs and requirements, we have developed two lines of products: 'Standard' and 'Luxury'. Both lines have been made with high quality and in most cases the same components can be found in both lines. Some highlights of the lines are:

• Luxury pieces come reinforced with an added layer of fibber or similar materials of a superior quality.
• The supports included in our luxury pieces in general are made for easy vehicle assembly. In some cases universal metallic supports can be used, depending on the preference of the assembly factory.
• Anti fog lights and related pieces are included in the "Luxury" price line.

Since it's our objective to offer the greatest variety of products and options to satisfy our clients needs we have included third party products in our catalogue and classified them into our product lines. We have classified them as "Standard" or "Luxury" according to their cost and/or to the specifications offered by our suppliers. This information will always be shared with you during your order placement with our representatives.

In order to facilitate the order process and guarantee efficiency in deliveries, orders must be sent by email or fax. Once the order has been processed by our commercial department, an estimate will be sent with the quantities and costs for review. We will send all the information necessary to make the purchase payment through a bank transfer.

Sales to UE professionals are free of IVA taxes. Nevertheless the buyer should be aware that they might be subject to local taxes.

After confirmation of payment (by fax or e-mail), the manufacturing of the requested pieces commences. Under normal circumstances this takes from 1 to 3 days depending on the amount on existing orders.

Once the pieces are manufactured, an informative fax with all the shipping data is sent to you. Deliveries from Portugal to the Spanish Peninsula average is between 2-3 days.

In case of any delay in receiving the merchandise, we would appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible, in order for us to take the necessary measures to solve that situation.

Manufacturing fibberglass material is a manual and completely handmade process; this is the reason why there might be small irregularities in the pieces, which are already known and easily solved by the specialists in this kind of products.

Ayacond's guarantee covers the damages caused by the irregularities of the material under normal conditions of use and external exposure. The guarantee is limited to the cost of purchase and becomes effectible by either substitution of material or through store credit.

Damages by blows or impacts undergone during handling, assembly, or the use of such are not covered. If you are not satisfied with the product, you should inform Ayacond by writing about the issue within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

We do not accept returned material unless evidence can be provided, showing the material was damaged due to packaging. Ayacond reserves the right to apply a penalty up to 30% of the value of the product for return and restocking purposes.
